1. What Premier League Picks is

Premier League Picks (premierleaguepicks.co.uk, "the site", "we") is a platform for running pick-one-team-per-round elimination pools. Each round, every active entry picks one Premier League team; if that team fails to win, the entry is eliminated. The pool continues until a single entry remains, which wins the pot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or take part in any game on this site. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Sign-in works by emailing you a one-time code — there's no password to look after, but you're responsible for keeping access to your email and phone secure, and for anything done through your account. You may hold more than one entry in the same game using the "Add another entry" feature; this is by design and not considered abuse.

4. Entry fees and the pot — important

Premier League Picks does not collect, hold, or process any entry fees or payouts. Every game on this site is organised privately between its own players; the person who creates a game ("the organiser") is solely responsible for collecting entry fees and paying out the pot, and for deciding and communicating how that happens. We simply track who's picked what and who's still in.

We are not a party to any financial arrangement between players and accept no responsibility for unpaid entry fees, disputed payouts, or any other financial disagreement arising from a game. If you have a payment dispute, it is between you and the organiser or other players — not with Premier League Picks.

5. How a game is decided

Each round's picks deadline is 1 hour before that round's first fixture kicks off. Results are sourced from a third-party football data provider and applied automatically. If you don't submit a pick before a round's deadline, the site automatically assigns you the lowest-placed team (by the current league table) that you haven't already used. Rounds where every remaining entry would be eliminated instead roll over — everyone survives, but the team each entry picked that round can't be picked again. Where players in a game agree to split the remaining pot instead of continuing ("Share the Pot"), that decision is final once every active entry has agreed.

The game organiser has final say on any dispute about picks, results, or eliminations within their own game.

6. Fair use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, access another player's account, or interfere with another entry's picks. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or entry that we reasonably believe is being used to abuse the service.

7. Availability and accuracy

We do our best to keep fixtures, results, and the league table accurate and up to date, using a third-party data source, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or entirely error-free. If a genuine data error affects a game, the organiser may make a manual correction.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from missed deadlines, technical downtime, data inaccuracies, or disputes between players over entry fees or payouts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law (for example, liability for fraud).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
