💷 Payment tracking —
Payment is collected outside the platform — mark entrants paid once you've received it.
🔁 Buy-back payments —
Tracked separately from each entry's original entry fee, so a £12.50 buy-back fee that's still owed never gets lost or mixed up — even if that entry goes out again in Round 2 before it's paid.
⏳ Missing picks —
Registered users who haven't joined this game at all, plus active players who've joined but not yet picked this round — handy for a quick nudge before the deadline.
📋 Pick audit —
Every pick, every round, with exactly when it was recorded — and whether it was a deliberate choice or an automatic assignment after a missed deadline. Useful for settling "I never picked that team" disputes. The round currently in progress stays locked here too, same as everyone else, until its deadline passes.
🧪 Simulation controls
Three separate steps so you can inspect each stage — reveal picks, roll random results, then move on.
⚽ Round results
Once every fixture in the current round has finished, resolve it against the real results — then advance to the next round.
